Winston Oak was founded by its Managing Principal, an active California-licensed attorney and broker with over 15 years of experience across commercial transactions, real estate development, and institutional advisory. With more than $1 billion in transactions closed — spanning acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and ground-up development — the firm's leadership brings a level of deal fluency and operational depth that most advisory practices simply cannot match.

The firm's professionals have collectively underwritten hundreds of deals, managed construction from entitlement through certificate of occupancy, coordinated factory manufacturing operations for steel volumetric modular housing, and developed the proprietary software systems that power those operations.
